PRE ACADEMY
AGES 5 - 9
Have the freedom to be creative, make their own decisions and solve problems in an array of challenging technical and game-based sessions

OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO PLAY POSSESSION BASED ATTACKING FOOTBALL.

To achieve this, we operate a ‘player-centered’ approach that delivers expert coaching and guidance on a more individual basis, so that every player can learn and develop at their own pace over the long term.
Overall we will create a professional environment where our players are encouraged to experiment and be creative and have no fear of failure in order to develop their technique and decision making.
FOUNDATION PHASE
AGES 10-14
Our Foundation Phase develops how to link the fundamental and movements to the technical side of the game. Individuals will develop the Pro Football Academy Technical Fundamentals – Ball Control, Passing & Receiving and Goal Scoring in an environment where players are encouraged to take risks, express themselves and problem solve.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PHASE

AGES 15 - 18
As players progress to the Youth Development Phase, a more balanced approach is adopted where the players game understanding is developed, whilst still maintaining a degree of freedom and creativity. We want to ensure we develop players who are effective decision makers. Also by providing trails at this stage to make it as a professional.
